Uses;

•  Anti-inflammatory; Used to help reduce inflammation.
• Choleretic; A herb that increases the amount of secretion of bile from the liver as well as the amount of solids secreted.
• Tonic for the reproductive organs.
• Historical review; Taken daily to build up levels to assist the body and may take up to a few weeks to 12 months to take effect. Chaste tree is used for its ability to balance the function of the female sex hormones. It has the ability to help the activity of the pituitary gland and has the effect regulating and restoring progesterone production of the body. Chaste tree has also been used balancing irregular menstruation, endometriosis, discomfort caused by menopause and generally used to help with hormonal imbalance.
