Uses;

•  Diuretic; A herb causing increased passing of urine.
• Expectorant; a herb which promotes the secretion of sputum by the air passages, used to treat coughs.
• Anti-inflammatory; used to reduce inflammation.
• Relaxant; a herb used to promote relaxation or reduce tension.
• Tonic; a herb taken to give a feeling of vigour or well-being.
• Digestive; A herb used in aiding or promoting the process of digestion.

Historical review; Used by the Egyptians as part of their embalming process. As well as been used to please the taste buds, cinnamon has been used as one of the oldest healing herbs and has a beneficial effect on insulin levels.
